OneDrive will perform a full sync after the reinstallation. You won't lose any data by uninstalling OneDrive. Your OneDrive folder will stop syncing, but any files or data you have in OneDrive will still be available when you sign in at OneDrive. The OneDrive app comes with Windows 8.
