Anyway, I have set up a new build environment on a Windows 10 VM and will continue to compile and create installers for future releases of Apache 2. I will not be compiling Apache 2. The official changelog can be found here. The installers are digitally signed but you can also use the provided hashes to check the integrity of the installers.
